We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after payment, we refund you in full.

If a parcel is delayed, lost or held by customs, contact us with your order number. We review every case personally.
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of devices that are not faulty or wrong. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video.
